The Employee Portal is a customizable interface that allows organizations to provide employee access to organizational news and personal information. It can be utilized through an internal network or over the web via an SSL connection.With the Employee Portal, employees can view the organization's public news and information and log in to view private news and view or change their personal and employment information. The Employee Portal can be configured to communicate information and events organization-wide or to individual departments or employees. Whenever an employee logs on to their Employee Portal page, they will see only the information that is intended specifically for them and their department. PDFs of documents such as health enrollment forms can be attached for printing or download.

Modules are added to the Employee Portal that enable employees to view, update and print their personal and employment information. The Employee Self-Service module, which is available with this release of the Employee Portal, allows employees to view and print their pay stubs and to view and change their address, phone numbers, contacts in the organization, and withholding and benefits information. The employer can determine specifically which information can be viewed, changed and require change approval. Time periods can be designated when it is necessary to limit the availability of information or the opportunity to make changes.
Customization of the look and feel of the Employee Portal interface is also available. Organizations can incorporate their logos and a specific theme, color scheme, button style or images. Customization of the interface as well as the functionality provided by the Employee Portal is controlled through the AccuFund Accounting Suite.
