DWI arrests made from Phish concert crowd

Charged were:

— Brian K. Mullen, 35, of Ulster, Pa. He was stopped at 6:10 p.m. for driving on the shoulder of Route 77. He was charged with DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and open container. He was arraigned in Town Court and committed to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

— Christine L. Guiher, 39, of Tonawanda, was charged with DWI after she was stopped about 10:30 p.m. on Sumner Road because her muffler was dragging on the road. She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

— Creighton L. Burke, 42, of Cheektowaga, was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 11:35 p.m. on Sumner Road for having a headlight out. He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

— Melissa A. Pollo, 35, of Buffalo, was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 12:40 a.m. Thursday on Route 77 in Alden for failure to keep right. She is to appear June 20 in Village Court.

— Wesley R. Nellis, 24, of Emporium, Pa., was stopped at 1:30 a.m. Thursday on Route 77 in Bennington. He was charged with DWI and crossing hazardous markings. He is to appear June 20 in Town Court.

Three men also were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after they were stopped on Route 77 in Darien.
