Mr. King’s experience includes working for Pulte Homes in Phoenix as Purchasing Manager and was later promoted to Arizona Area Director of Purchasing. Prior to joining Ashton Woods Homes, Mr. King served as Vice President of Purchasing and Architecture for the Phoenix market of Lennar Homes. Mr. King also teaches a senior level and graduate student class at ASU’s Del E. Webb School of Construction, called Residential Construction Business Practices.

Mr. King, originally from the Boston area is an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He graduated high school and attended Arizona State University, where he met his wife, Jennifer who is also an ASU graduate with a B.A. in Psychology.

Mr. King and his wife have two children Ethan, 9 ½ and Madeline, 8 and live in the greater Phoenix area.
